Job Descriptions:
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development team
- Conceptualize original website and app design ideas
- Produce high fidelity visual concepts and execution, assets for web and mobile, product and marketing.
- Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively.
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a web and app designer
- Agency experience will be of advantage
- Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, process flows and sitemaps
- Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Experience with Sketch/Invision/Zeplin/Photoshop/Illustrator/Adobe XD

Job Descriptions:
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proficient and excellent hands-on coding experience in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap3.0. At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
- Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, VueJS, ReactJS, etc.
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.

- Research and identify solutions to software issues
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- Working experience in Online Learning System is a plus
